We began by implementing Field Service Lightning for their Insure division and Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud for their Health division, along with custom development tailored to their specific needs. This integration enabled them to support their sales cycle and pipeline management for corporate health clients. We further allowed for the improvement of lead management to manage inbound leads from their call centre. 

As the world faced the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Discovery Health turned to us to adapt their Salesforce system. We swiftly implemented enhancements to cater to virtual health professional engagements, ensuring uninterrupted access to vital healthcare services. They also enabled COVID-19-related initiatives for corporate care services, enabling them to offer comprehensive support to their corporate clients during this critical time.

In 2021, we continued to empower their success with Salesforce Sales Cloud as strategic account planning became more efficient, providing them valuable insights into competitor analysis. Pipeline management improved, enabling them to forecast and optimise their sales processes. 

In 2022, we focused on developing an MVP (minimum viable product) on activity management for Discovery Invest clients. This gave them powerful tools to manage and engage their investment clients effectively. The second initiative was an MVP for quote management and engagement within the insurance department. We played a pivotal role in rolling out Salesforce for Discovery Insure, ensuring seamless integration and optimised workflows.
