Superfoam’s Route Sales division, responsible for 45 routes serving small towns and retailers, faced significant challenges with their manual systems. The division managed a database of 3,000 retail customers using Google spreadsheets, which became increasingly unmanageable as the business grew. The project began with a pilot phase, migrating Superfoam’s Route Sales business to the Aforza platform. The implementation included tracking customer visits, order taking via mobile devices, and providing sales management with a clear view of sales rep activity. Real-time reporting on orders and seamless integration with Superfoam’s SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system eliminated the need for time-consuming manual data entry. This transformation allowed the Route Sales division to operate more strategically, focusing on customer service and growth.

The benefits of the Aforza platform were immediately evident. With the successful implementation of phases one and two, Superfoam is planning to extend the project to include their Van Sales division. This expansion will provide truck drivers with access to stock verification, delivery tracking, and payment confirmation before releasing stock. Additionally, the Aforza app facilitates market research by prompting sales reps to gather competitive intelligence while in the field, further enhancing Superfoam’s strategic planning and execution capabilities.
